Using the CM Automotive operating system, we have been in business for over 35 years, manufacturing and designing the best Central Tire Inflation Systems in the world. With over twenty thousand units in the field today across a diverse array of applications that include military trucks, fire engines, and commercial buses. Each has benefited from the use of our all terrain mobilizer, robust R&D capabilities, and ongoing customer support.
CM Automotive central tire inflation system
In 1988, Chander Mittal completed his design of the first CM Automotive central tire inflation system, and submitted the prototype to Oshkosh Truck Corporation.
Since that day, we have completed over fifty prototypes for various military vehicle applications and sold twenty thousand systems currently in use on four continents.

We were sad to share the passing of (Chander Mittal), our founder and revolutionary CEO, in November of 2022. However, the foundation he has given the organization in engineering principles, operational excellence, and customer service remains.
